OUR WORKS
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Plate Processing SPARROW’S Steel Fabrication is equipped with a wide range CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machines that integrate all functions required in plate processing, including shearing, punching, bending and cutting abilities. Our CNC Laser machines cut stainless, mild steel, as well as plates ranging in thickness between 0.5mm to 20mm (laser). We use the latest technology for vertical CNC milling (with capabilities of up to 4 meters in length) combined with CNC horizontal pallet loaders for cost effective batch manufacturing.

ELECTRIC POWDER COATING Using automated conveyor systems and powder coated paint, we provide the highest quality of paints protection which ensures that all our products are weather proof, corrosion resistant and long lasting with proven protection for up to 7 years.
WELDING OPERATIONS
ASSEMBLY AND QUALITY CONTROL SECTION All fabricated and powder coated parts are transferred to this section for assembling and quality control. We encourage CKD (Completely Knocked Down) products as they offer the advantage of minimized welding and the opportunity for our customer to transport their products easily.
